I actually struggled with this concept a bit as I wrote this blog. We read so much about giving the customer what they want - and yes, going above and beyond. And I certainly believe that these statements are true- IF we stay within our target market and our core competencies. We aren&#039;t doing anyone any favors when we try to be something we&#039;re not.
