What You Need to Know about Marketing To Millennials
If you’re a small business who sells products or services to people between the ages of 19 and 35 it’s important to understand what makes them tick. They aren’t anything like the Gen Xers before them and they’re psychographics are worlds apart from Baby Boomers.
Millennials are now the largest age group in America at 75.4 million, surpassing the former largest group, Baby Boomers at 74.9 billion. So if you haven’t learned what they think, feel, want and need, you’re probably missing the boat on sales and marketing.
This week, Inc. Magazine published this infographic outlining 29 facts about Millennials. It helped me understand them a lot better and I realized I’ll have to shift my own sales and marketing process for them.
